Not everything makes the cut. Sometimes a place is cool enough to write up, but not quite cool enough for the book. Sometimes there just isn't enough to write about. Sometimes a place isn't accessible anymore or no longer exists. And sometimes even though a place is cool, for some reason I really can't do it justice.
